Mold Damage Caused By Water Damage in Robertson County Home

Crawlspaces are tricky spaces. Because they are an unconditioned space, they are a breeding ground for mold if there is any moisture. This Robertson County homeowner had a water damage in his kitchen causing the water to penetrate the subfloor into the crawlspace. In a very short amount of time there was mold present that had to be resolved before we were able to continue drying. Once the mold was treated, our teams were able to complete the drying process.
