HVAC Leak Leads to Water Damage in Springfield, TN

These photos show a water damage in Springfield, TN that was caused by a leaking HVAC unit. Upon our arrival we extracted the wet areas of the carpet, then removed the wet carpet pad before drying the sub floor and carpet. We repaired the pad and re-laid the carpet just after the drying was finished.

This water damage only affected one room of the house, but our customer was very concerned about how to deal with the situation. Before beginning any work, we thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what she could expect throughout the process. She was expecting a much longer and complicated process, so she was very happy with our quick work.
